Terms of Service

1. The service

FurChart (https://furchart.com) is a web application for organising pet health records: medications, doses, daily checklists, weights, symptoms, vet visits, journals and health reports.

FurChart is a record-keeping tool only. It is not a veterinary service and does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. You remain solely responsible for your pet's care and for following your veterinarian's instructions.

2. Accounts

You sign in with an email magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, and for the accuracy of the information you record.

You may invite household members to share your pets' records. You are responsible for whom you invite.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The service has a free tier and a paid Pro subscription (US$4.99 per month or US$39 per year). Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes calculated by our payment provider.

Payments, invoicing, taxes, refunds and renewals are handled by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time using the link in your Creem receipt email or by contacting support@furchart.com; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Your data

You own your records. You can export everything to CSV at any time, free on every plan.

If you cancel, your data stays exportable for 90 days, after which inactive cancelled accounts may be deleted.

Do not upload content you have no right to use, or anything unlawful.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, no scraping, no reselling access, no use of the service to provide veterinary advice to third parties, and no unlawful content.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurChart is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to registered users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
